Check payments, manage a subscription and troubleshoot billing

Oct 16, 2026

Start by signing in with the account used for the purchase. Payment records, subscriptions and credits answer different questions; a checkout returning to the site does not establish that a charge succeeded. For generation costs, use the free and credit guide.

Choose the account page for your question

  • Billing and subscriptions: check the current plan, earlier subscriptions and available management actions.
  • Payments: check recorded paid orders, amounts, currencies and purchase types. This is not a list of every checkout attempt.
  • Credits: check the available balance and listed credit changes. A payment amount and a credit amount are different units.

You can also use the signed-in account menu to reach billing and payments. If you changed accounts, return to the account that made the purchase before interpreting an empty list. Keep account and order references private.

Review a recurring subscription before canceling

  1. Open Billing and subscriptions and review both Current Plan and Subscriptions History. Use All if a status filter hides the record you need.
  2. Check the plan, status, billing interval and dates actually shown. A missing date is not today's date. No current plan does not establish that the account never paid; review payment and subscription history separately.
  3. If Cancel Subscription is offered for an active or trialing record, open it from that record. The presence of a trialing status does not mean a trial is offered to every account.
  4. Review the subscription reference, amount and currency, interval and current period on the confirmation page. If the account or subscription is wrong, use the Billing return link without confirming.
  5. Select Confirm Cancel only when you intend to cancel that subscription. After the action completes, return to billing and inspect the resulting status. If it fails or remains uncertain, check the record before trying another action.

Available actions depend on the current account, status and provider. If Manage Subscription is offered, it opens the provider's management flow; review that page before making changes. Missing or unavailable management actions are not a reason to construct a private action URL yourself.

Cancellation is a separate action from requesting a refund. This guide does not promise an immediate refund, continued access until a particular date, restored credits or a change to the offer's terms. Use the status, dates and terms actually shown for your purchase.

Checkout returned, but the payment or credits are missing

Use this order of checks before making another purchase:

  1. Confirm the account and review Payments. This page lists orders the application records as paid; an empty list does not by itself prove that the payment provider did not charge you.
  2. For a recurring purchase, also inspect Billing and subscriptions. A subscription record, its current status and a paid order are related but different records.
  3. Check Credits for the current balance and listed changes. Compare the purchase details rather than assuming that price equals credits or that a plan grants a fixed number of successful images.
  4. If the provider reports a successful charge but the application records do not agree, keep the details for a private support request. Include the approximate time with time zone, amount and currency, the page involved and the error message. Share only the reference needed for that investigation through the support email.

Do not send card details, passwords, API keys, cookies or full payment-return URLs. Do not make a second purchase just to test whether the first one worked. A slow return, a page refresh or an unconfirmed application record is not a refund decision or a guarantee of eventual credit delivery.

Separate billing checks from image-task checks

If the payment and balance look correct but an image is missing, inspect your image tasks and follow the task and download checklist. Downloading an existing result and creating a new generation are different actions; a new generation may use credits.

Return to the generator when you are ready to create an image, or compare the current offers before choosing a new purchase. These links do not submit a generation, payment or cancellation.
